Product Usage Queries
Start by connecting the power adapter and turning on the device. Follow the on-screen steps to set language, Wi-Fi, date, and time. Install your POS app, sign in, and run a test billing entry to confirm everything is working.
Check if the printer has thermal paper installed correctly — the shiny side should face up. Ensure all cables are secure and the printer is powered on. If connected via Bluetooth or LAN, recheck pairing or network settings, then try a test print.
Make sure the product barcodes are clean and not damaged. Confirm that the scanner mode matches your POS system. If it’s a wireless scanner, reconnect it to the device. For new items, verify they are added to the product list in your POS software.
Close unused apps, clear the POS app cache, and restart the device. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue continues, update the POS app to the latest version or contact support for diagnostics.
Open the network settings, select your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password. For LAN connection, plug the cable into the Ethernet port and confirm the network icon appears. If the network doesn’t connect, restart the router and device.
Ensure the charger and cable are working by testing with another device. Clean the charging port and hold the power button for a few seconds. If the battery was fully drained, allow it to charge for 10–15 minutes before attempting to power on.
Use the standard restart option in settings or hold the power button and choose “Restart.” Avoid using factory reset unless instructed by support, as it may erase the POS app and stored data.
